1. Who We Are & Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Reasonix (“Reasonix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit reasonix.tech, engage our digital agency services (websites, AI systems, workflow automations), or connect a Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, or another supported social channel to Reasonix Social Publishing (the “Service”).
The Service is used to prepare, schedule, publish, and review digital content and workflow automations for business and project accounts.
2. General Information We Collect as a Digital Studio
Information you provide directly: When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, request an audit, or communicate with us, we may collect your name, business email address, phone number, company name, website URL, and project requirements.
Communications via WhatsApp: If you contact us via our WhatsApp direct integration, your phone number and message contents are transmitted through WhatsApp in accordance with WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
Technical & Diagnostics Data: Like most modern web platforms, our hosting infrastructure automatically logs standard technical details such as IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, and request timestamps to ensure uptime, security, and performance.
3. Special Provisions: Social Publishing & Facebook Automation
When an authorized user connects a Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, or another supported social channel to Reasonix Social Publishing, we process information strictly as permitted by your granted authorization scopes and platform rules:
A. Account and Channel Authorization
When you authorize a channel via Meta OAuth or similar platform login, we receive and securely process the information made available by the platform: platform user identifier, name, username, profile image, verified email address (when granted), connected Page or business account name, Page identifier, permissions, connection status, and OAuth access tokens required to maintain the active connection.
B. Content and Publishing Information
We process the creative content that an authorized user creates, drafts, schedules, or publishes through the Service: images, videos, captions, hashtags, destination links, drafts, platform-specific adaptations, scheduled publishing dates/times, post identifiers, permalinks, error details, and status updates.
C. Analytics and Technical Information
Depending on permissions and connected platform capabilities, we may process post or channel performance metrics: impressions, reach, video views, likes, comments, shares, follower counts, and engagement data. Our self-hosted infrastructure logs API requests, response codes, and security events to prevent failed broadcasts or duplicate postings.
4. How We Use Information
We use collected information solely for legitimate operational and business purposes:
- To authenticate authorized users and securely connect selected social channels.
- To deliver client agency projects, websites, custom software, and AI automations.
- To store, prepare, preview, schedule, and publish content at the user’s explicit direction.
- To retrieve publishing status, live post permalinks, and channel performance analytics.
- To prevent duplicate or unintended operations, investigate API errors, and maintain reliable workflows.
- To secure the Service, provide technical support, and fulfill legal or regulatory obligations.
5. AI Processing & Automation Safeguards
Where AI-assisted writing, image optimization, caption adaptation, or autonomous workflow features are enabled, relevant content is processed only when the authorized operator initiates or configures that workflow.
We do not use client proprietary data or connected social account content to train generalized public AI models. Any third-party AI provider utilized operates under strict data privacy and enterprise confidentiality terms.
6. How Information Is Shared
We do not sell, monetize, or rent personal information or connected account data to anyone. Information is shared only as necessary under the following circumstances:
- Connected Platforms: Meta (Facebook, Instagram) receives the exact content and parameters required to execute an authorized connection, publish a scheduled post, or fetch analytics.
- Hosting and Infrastructure: Our services run on protected cloud servers and VPS infrastructure controlled for Reasonix. Technical providers process data solely to deliver hosting, database storage, networking, and security.
- Optional Integrations: When an authorized operator connects third-party AI, storage, or reporting tools, only the data strictly necessary for that enabled feature is transmitted.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose information when required by valid law, legal process, or to protect the safety, rights, and security of Reasonix, our clients, or the public.
7. Storage, Hosting & Retention Lifecycle
Because Reasonix Social Publishing is operated on dedicated infrastructure controlled by Reasonix, we maintain full administrative control over application storage and access policies.
Social connection tokens and credentials are held only while a channel remains actively connected or needed for an authorized workflow. Drafts, media files, publishing logs, and analytics are retained while needed for active campaigns, client reporting, or support. Eligible active data is deleted within thirty (30) calendar days after a deletion request is verified.
Isolated technical logs and disaster-recovery backups may persist for a limited period (up to 30 days) to ensure system integrity, auditability, and legal compliance, after which they are systematically overwritten.
8. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures: SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, encrypted storage for API credentials and access tokens, strict role-based access controls, and firewall safeguards.
While we exercise rigorous standards, no internet-connected platform can guarantee absolute invulnerability. Users must safeguard their Facebook and platform passwords and promptly disconnect any channel if unauthorized access is suspected.
9. Your Rights & Data Deletion Choices
You have full control over your data. At any time, you may:
- Disconnect any social channel directly through your platform settings (e.g. Facebook Business Integrations) or via the Service.
- Request complete deletion of all information associated with your connected channel by following our User Data Deletion Instructions.
- Request access to or correction of any personal information we hold about you.
10. Third-Party Platforms
When you link a third-party social platform, that platform independently collects and processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. Meta's handling of Facebook and Instagram data is governed by Meta's Data Policy. Reasonix does not govern the independent privacy practices of third-party platforms.
11. Children's Privacy
Our website and digital services are built strictly for businesses, founders, and professionals. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from individuals under 16 years of age.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect modifications in our services, platform API requirements, or applicable law. The 'Last updated' date at the top indicates the latest revision. Continued use of our services following an update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
